Thank you for shopping with DTF Prints UK. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. However, please note that we do not accept returns for personalised or custom-made items, including those in different colours and sizes from the ones listed on our website.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as received.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customised or personalised items.
- Digital products, including downloadable files.
- Products that have been used or altered in any way.
Consumer Rights
Under UK law, consumers have the right to return items that are faulty or not as described within 30 days of receipt. If your item is defective, you can return it for a full refund or replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds in the following cases:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different colour or size, additional charges will apply to cover postage costs. These additional postage costs will be deducted from the credit value if a second order is placed.
Return Method & Fees
- Method: Returns must be sent back by mail.
- Return Label: Customers are responsible for the cost of the return label.
- Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees associated with returns.
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over Ā£20, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item.
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received.
- New Items: Must be unused and undamaged.
- Used Items: Must be returned without additional signs of use or damage.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn, washed, or marked in any way. Items must include original tags and packaging to qualify for a return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will evaluate the issue and provide instructions for returning the item for a replacement or refund. Under UK law, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement for faulty items.

How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at contact@dtfprints.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorisation number and return address.
- Package Your Return: Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- Ship the Item: Send your return to the provided address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Please ensure that you securely pack your parcel, preferably using its original packaging while removing the delivery label. Include a note inside the package stating the reason for the return, along with your name and address. We kindly ask that you take responsibility for the returned products until they reach us.
